Hi! I’m Katie. I live in a cute river town about an hour west of Lake Michigan (Chicago) or as I like to call it, the MiddleCoast, with my husband and two young kiddos. Health, fitness, and nutrition have always been an interest of mine, but wasn’t until about four years ago that I started really exploring it. I’m always looking for the next race to train for, and am currently working toward becoming a 200 RYT yoga instructor.
